What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to 360 Painting's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is solely responsible for investigating and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and other requirements for their 360 Painting business. This includes obtaining all necessary contractor permits and licenses, as well as operational licenses.
This responsibility extends to understanding and adhering to federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances that may apply to the operation.
