What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 360 Painting FDD, franchisees are responsible for covering the costs associated with any additional training required after the initial training program. This includes any travel and living expenses incurred to attend the training. 360 Painting may also require franchisees to pay a fee for the additional training, as detailed in Item 6 of the FDD.

360 Painting may periodically require franchisees or their general managers to attend additional training programs to stay updated on market developments, advanced lessons, or changes to the 360 Painting system. These training sessions may be conducted online through a learning management system or live, either online, at the company headquarters in Charlottesville, VA, or at the franchisee's location, depending on what 360 Painting deems appropriate.

This means that as a 360 Painting franchisee, you should budget for ongoing training expenses for yourself and your general manager. These costs can vary depending on the location and format of the training, as well as any fees charged by 360 Painting. It is important to factor in these potential expenses when evaluating the overall cost of investing in a 360 Painting franchise.
