What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to 360 Painting's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, 360 Painting has not established specific requirements regarding the form, content, or availability of financial statements for its Cooperative Advertising program. However, 360 Painting anticipates that any financial statements prepared by a Cooperative Advertising program will be accessible to each franchisee who is a member and to 360 Painting itself.
This means that while 360 Painting franchisees are required to participate in any Cooperative Advertising program established in their region, the FDD does not mandate a standardized financial reporting format for these cooperative programs. The financial oversight and reporting structure are expected to be determined by the advertising cooperatives themselves, with the anticipation that financial information will be shared among members and with 360 Painting.
Prospective franchisees should inquire about the specific financial reporting practices of any established Cooperative Advertising programs in their region. Understanding how these programs manage and report their finances will be crucial for franchisees to assess the effectiveness and transparency of the cooperative advertising efforts. Franchisees should also clarify how they can access and review these financial statements to ensure accountability and proper use of advertising funds.
