We are not required to provide any guidance in compliance with these laws and regulations, and any guidance that is provided is not guaranteed. You should consult with your attorney concerning these and other laws, regulations and ordinances that may affect the operation of the Business. You are solely responsible for investigating and complying with all of these applicable laws, regulations and other requirements, despite any advice or information that we may give you. We have not specifically researched these laws in your state and locality to determine their applicability to your Franchised Business.
