What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to 360 Painting's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to participate in periodic coaching sessions as part of the accounting and business advisory services. These services are mandatory and must be obtained from designated vendors or suppliers.

Specifically, 360 Painting requires franchisees to purchase accounting and business advisory services, which include prelaunch accounting setup, creating the chart of accounts, recording prelaunch expenses, ongoing monthly accounting, recording revenue and expense transactions, monthly bank account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and participation in periodic coaching sessions. This ensures that franchisees adhere to the 360 Painting system and maintain consistent financial practices.

This requirement is part of a broader set of mandatory purchases that 360 Painting franchisees must make from designated vendors. These mandatory purchases also include contact center services, technology services, business management software, bookkeeping software, digital marketing, job estimating and proposal software, and online reputation management. After operating for 12 months, franchisees have the option to use an approved third-party vendor for accounting and business advisory services, but they must continue using either 360 Painting or an approved provider for the duration of the Franchise Agreement.
