We require that certain other products and services that you use in the operation of your Business be purchased only from an approved vendor or otherwise meet our standards and specifications. In particular, we currently have approved vendors for: paint, tools, and related supplies; print marketing materials; direct mailing; merchant services; customer financing; job postings; payroll services; online portals for lead generation; background checks; insurance; and vehicle wraps. You are not required to purchase from these vendors.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to 360 Painting's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are not required to purchase paint, tools, and related supplies from approved vendors. While 360 Painting has established relationships with approved vendors for paint and painting accessories, franchisees are not obligated to use these specific vendors.
360 Painting does require franchisees to operate their business according to the 360 Painting System, which includes using only certain products and services that 360 Painting requires or that meet their specifications. In some cases, 360 Painting requires that franchisees purchase those products and services only from specific vendors and suppliers. These mandatory purchases constitute an estimated 65% of a franchisee's initial business setup expenses and 20% to 30% of ongoing operational purchases.
If a franchisee wishes to use a product, service, or vendor that 360 Painting has not yet approved, the franchisee must submit sufficient information and samples for evaluation. 360 Painting will then decide within 10 business days whether the product, service, or vendor meets their standards. The approval process considers factors such as product quality, delivery capabilities, service standards, and financial capacity. 360 Painting may also receive rebates from approved vendors based on franchisee purchases, which currently range between 2.5% and 5% of franchisee purchases.
