What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to 360 Painting's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may be required to pay a fee for additional training. While the initial training program does not have a participation fee, additional training programs may require a fee, as detailed in Item 6 of the FDD. These additional training programs address new market developments, advanced lessons, or changes to the 360 Painting system, such as adopting new software.

Franchisees are responsible for all costs incurred while attending additional training, including travel and living expenses. The additional training may be conducted online, at 360 Painting's headquarters in Charlottesville, VA, or at the franchisee's location. The franchisee or their general manager must complete any required additional training to 360 Painting's satisfaction.

This policy is fairly standard in the franchise industry, as franchisors often update their systems and require franchisees to stay current. The fact that 360 Painting may charge a fee for this training, in addition to covering travel and living expenses, is something prospective franchisees should consider when evaluating the overall cost of the franchise.
