We have developed certain Confidential Information, including certain trade secrets, methods of business management, sales and promotion techniques, and know-how, knowledge of, and experience in operating painting, decorating and wall finishing services businesses, and we may divulge this information in confidence to qualified franchisees and managers. We will provide our Confidential Information to you during training, in the Brand Standards Manual and as a result of the assistance we furnish you during the term of the franchise. You may only use the Confidential Information for the purpose of operating your 360 Painting Business. You may only divulge Confidential Information to employees who must have access to it to operate the 360 Painting Business. You must enforce the confidentiality provisions as to your employees.

According to the 2025 360 Painting Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are permitted to use the Confidential Information provided by 360 Painting, LLC solely for the purpose of operating their 360 Painting Business.
