Answer from 2025 FDD Document

None of PSB Group, PSB, or AE Capital offer franchises in any line of business, nor do any of them provide products or services directly to our franchisees, but our training program, our internally-prepared marketing and technology services are provided by PSB personnel who are leased to us based on an allocated share of their costs.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 360 Painting FDD, the training program, marketing, and technology services are provided by personnel from Premium Service Brands (PSB). These PSB personnel are leased to 360 Painting, LLC, and the costs are allocated based on their share of services provided. PSB Group owns 100% of 360 Painting, LLC, and PSB owns 99.9% of PSB Group. AE Capital, LLC is the parent company of PSB.

This arrangement means that while 360 Painting franchisees receive support in critical areas like training and marketing, these services are delivered by individuals employed by a parent company rather than directly by 360 Painting, LLC employees. This is a common structure in franchising, allowing the franchise to leverage resources and expertise from a larger organization.

Prospective franchisees should understand that the quality and consistency of these services may depend on the relationship between 360 Painting and PSB. It would be prudent to inquire about the terms of the leasing agreement, the qualifications and experience of the PSB personnel involved, and the mechanisms in place to ensure that the services meet the needs of 360 Painting franchisees. Understanding this relationship is key to assessing the level of support a franchisee can expect.
