Training

You (or your principal owner, if you are an entity) and your Manager must attend and successfully complete (to our satisfaction) an initial training program before the Business may open. You must complete the initial training program no later than three months after the Effective Date of the Franchise Agreement. We do not charge a fee for participation in the initial training program; but, you are responsible for the costs and expenses (such as transportation, lodging, meals, incidentals and compensation) of each person who attends the training. The Business must be operated at all times by a person who has successfully completed the initial training program (to our satisfaction). We reserve the right to waive all or a portion of the initial training program in our sole discretion. You may, provided space is available and upon reasonable notice, have additional representatives attend the initial training program. All travel, living, and related expenses incurred by your representatives during training will be at your cost and expense. You must train your own employees and other management personnel.

The initial training program is overseen by Premium Service Brands' training and performance team, led by our Senior Vice President of Performance Gabriel Colon (5 years of training experience). Any other instructors will, at least, have completed the training program they teach. Our confidential Brand Standards Manual is used as the instructional material for our Initial Training program. After you have been trained, we may periodically require that you, your manager(s) and/or employees attend refresher-training or regional meetings to enhance your learning beyond OXP (our Owner's Experience Program). You are responsible for all costs associated with attendance of these trainings.

The onboarding program is guided by an onboarding specialist, who will help you understand and complete much of the administrative work necessary to enable you to apply the information covered in the virtual and live training programs to the opening of your Business. At the beginning of the onboarding period, the onboarding specialist will share a Welcome Packet that provides the information you need to begin completing onboarding tasks. On-boarding is done at your own pace, using web-based materials we provide. We ask trainees to expect onboarding to take up to 40 hours approximately, however some states may have additional requirements that could extend the completion of these tasks even longer.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 360 Painting FDD, initial training is provided to the franchisee or their manager. This training must be completed successfully before the business opens, and no later than three months after the franchise agreement's effective date. While 360 Painting does not charge a fee for the initial training program itself, the franchisee is responsible for all associated costs, including transportation, lodging, meals, and compensation for those attending the training. The FDD specifies that the business must be operated by someone who has successfully completed the initial training program. 360 Painting does reserve the right to waive all or part of the initial training program at their discretion. Additional representatives can attend the initial training program if space is available, but all related expenses are the franchisee's responsibility.

The initial training program is overseen by Premium Service Brands' training and performance team, headed by the Senior Vice President of Performance, Gabriel Colon, who has 5 years of training experience. Other instructors must have completed the training program they teach. The confidential Brand Standards Manual is used as the instructional material for the initial training program. After the initial training, 360 Painting may periodically require franchisees, their managers, and/or employees to attend refresher training or regional meetings to enhance their learning. The franchisee is responsible for all costs associated with attending these additional trainings.

In addition to the initial training program, 360 Painting provides an onboarding program guided by an onboarding specialist. This specialist helps franchisees understand and complete the administrative tasks necessary to apply the information covered in the virtual and live training programs to the opening of their business. The onboarding specialist provides a Welcome Packet at the beginning of the onboarding period, and franchisees can complete the onboarding tasks at their own pace using web-based materials. 360 Painting estimates that onboarding takes up to 40 hours, but additional state requirements may extend this timeframe.
