How will 360 Painting provide Confidential Information to franchisees?

We have developed certain Confidential Information, including certain trade secrets, methods of business management, sales and promotion techniques, and know-how, knowledge of, and experience in operating painting, decorating and wall finishing services businesses, and we may divulge this information in confidence to qualified franchisees and managers. We will provide our Confidential Information to you during training, in the Brand Standards Manual and as a result of the assistance we furnish you during the term of the franchise. You may only use the Confidential Information for the purpose of operating your 360 Painting Business. You may only divulge Confidential Information to employees who must have access to it to operate the 360 Painting Business. You must enforce the confidentiality provisions as to your employees.

Individuals with access to Confidential Information, including your owners (and members of their immediate families) officers, directors, executives, managers and professional staff, are required to execute the Personal Covenants contained in the Franchise Agreement as Exhibit C-2, which are substantially the same as the noncompetition, non-solicitation and confidentiality covenants contained in the Franchise Agreement.
