What is the principal place of business for Row House Franchising, LLC, an affiliate of 360 Painting?

Although not associated with our parents PSB Group, PSB or AE Capital, another affiliate through common control with our Chief Executive Officer is Row House Franchising, LLC ("Row House"), which is the franchisor of fitness and workout studio businesses that operate under the name "Row House". Row House's principal place of business is at 126 Garrett St., Suite J, Charlottesville, VA 22902. Row House became our affiliate following an acquisition that closed on May 20, 2024. Row House has been offering franchises since May 20, 2024 and does not offer franchises in any other line of business, does not engage in any other line of business, and does not own or operate any similar businesses to the one it franchises. Row House's predecessors, Row House Franchise SPV, LLC and Row House Franchise, LLC, franchised the Row House system from December 2017 to May 2024. As of December 31, 2024, there were 46 Row House franchisees in the U.S. operating 46 franchised businesses and no company-affiliated businesses.
