The Grout Medic (a Delaware limited liability company) is the successor of The Grout Medic, LLC (a Texas limited liability company), which offered and sold franchises from December 21, 2018 until September 17, 2021. The Grout Medic does not and has not previously offered franchises in any other line of business. The Grout Medic engages in no other line of business, and does not own or operate any businesses similar to the one it franchises.
