What This Means (2025 FDD)
Based on the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, 360 Painting franchisees should be aware that the franchisor and its affiliates may receive payments, discounts, or other consideration from suppliers due to the suppliers' dealings with the franchisees or the 360 Painting system. The franchisor has the right to use these amounts without any restrictions.
Specifically, 360 Painting is not obligated to provide franchisees with an accounting of these supplier payments, nor are they required to share any benefits derived from these payments with the franchisees. This means that while franchisees may indirectly contribute to these payments through their purchases from approved suppliers, they will not directly benefit from any rebates, discounts, or other considerations the franchisor receives.
This policy is important for prospective franchisees to understand, as it clarifies that any financial benefits from supplier relationships primarily accrue to the franchisor. Franchisees should factor this into their financial planning and consider it when evaluating the overall cost and revenue potential of a 360 Painting franchise. It is advisable for potential franchisees to discuss this policy with current franchisees to understand its practical implications on their business operations and profitability.
