What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 360 Painting Franchise Disclosure Document, the Marketing Fund Contribution is calculated weekly and is the greater of 2% of Gross Sales or $50 per week. This contribution is due every Tuesday, based on the previous week’s Gross Sales. Gross Sales includes all monies and receipts derived in connection with the business, but excludes promotional allowances or rebates, sales, use, merchants' or other taxes measured on the basis of gross revenues, and the value of coupons or customer refunds approved by 360 Painting.
For a prospective franchisee, this means that each week they must calculate 2% of their gross sales and compare it to $50. They will then pay whichever amount is higher as their Marketing Fund Contribution. This fee is used by 360 Painting for marketing and advertising efforts to promote the brand and support franchisees.
It is important to note that while 360 Painting reserves the right to modify the amount, manner of payment and/or timing for payment for all fees payable to them or their affiliates, they will not modify the amount of the Marketing Fund contribution you pay to them during the initial term of your Franchise Agreement. This provides some financial predictability for franchisees during their initial term. All fees are uniformly imposed, fully earned when paid, and non-refundable.
