What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 FDD, 360 Painting franchisees receive 0.5 hours of virtual training for 'IPPT Training (ProLift)'. This training is conducted online.
This virtual training is part of the broader Owner's Experience Program (OXP), which includes both virtual and live classroom sessions. The OXP program aims to provide franchisees with best practices, skills training, and technology guidance to properly execute the 360 Painting business model. Franchisees should dedicate up to 4 hours per day to complete the training courses during the first 2 weeks of OXP.
