How long should trainees expect the 360 Painting onboarding process to take?
360_Painting Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
The onboarding program is guided by an onboarding specialist, who will help you understand and complete much of the administrative work necessary to enable you to apply the information covered in the virtual and live training programs to the opening of your Business. At the beginning of the onboarding period, the onboarding specialist will share a Welcome Packet that provides the information you need to begin completing onboarding tasks. On-boarding is done at your own pace, using web-based materials we provide. We ask trainees to expect onboarding to take up to 40 hours approximately, however some states may have additional requirements that could extend the completion of these tasks even longer.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 FDD, 360 Painting's onboarding is designed to be completed at the trainee's own pace using web-based materials. The company estimates that the onboarding process will take approximately 40 hours to complete.
However, the FDD notes that some states may have additional requirements that could extend the time it takes to complete the onboarding tasks. This implies that the 40-hour estimate is a general guideline and the actual time required may vary depending on the specific location of the franchise.
Prospective franchisees should factor in this potential variability when planning their initial business setup. It would be prudent to inquire with 360 Painting about any specific state requirements that might affect the onboarding timeline to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation.
