What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 360 Painting Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee is $65,000. Payment is required via wire transfer, typically in one lump sum upon the execution of the Franchise Agreement. However, there is an exception if the franchisee obtains third-party SBA financing.
If a franchisee secures SBA financing, the terms may allow for a split payment structure. Typically, $15,000 is paid upon signing the Franchise Agreement, with the remaining $50,000 due after the financing is secured.
The franchise fee is considered fully earned by 360 Painting upon payment and is non-refundable. 360 Painting also offers certain discounts on the franchise fee, such as a 10% discount for honorably discharged U.S. military veterans, individuals working in rescue, emergency services, and policing, or for existing franchisees in a system owned by 360 Painting or its affiliates.
