What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to 360 Painting's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if 360 Painting modifies the System, franchisees may be required to add or replace equipment, signs, and fixtures. They may also have to make improvements or modifications as necessary to maintain uniformity with 360 Painting's current standards and specifications. Franchisees are expected to comply with changes to the Brand Standards Manual within a reasonable timeframe, typically 30 days after notification if no specific time is given.

The cost of implementing these changes, updates, or modifications to the System as outlined in the Brand Standards Manual is the franchisee's responsibility. This cost is borne exclusively by the franchisee, regardless of the financial or other impact on the franchisee's business.

360 Painting retains the right to change, modify, or improve aspects of the System, including the Brand Standards Manual, required vehicles, equipment, tools, software, processes, systems, products, services, signage, and the use of Marks. Franchisees must accept and use these changes, and 360 Painting will not be liable for any expenses or revenue losses associated with these modifications, even if they adversely impact the business's revenues. However, franchisees will not be required to replace a previously approved vehicle for three years after it is placed into service, unless it is not properly maintained or has a substantial safety or mechanical defect.
