What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to 360 Painting's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee's vehicles must be located within their protected territory at all times. The location of the 360 Painting business can either be the franchisee's home office or another office location that the franchisee selects and 360 Painting approves.

This requirement ensures that the franchisee operates and focuses their business within their designated area. It also helps maintain the integrity of the franchise system by preventing encroachment on other franchisees' territories.

For a prospective franchisee, this means they must ensure their home office or approved office space and all business vehicles are always within the protected territory. Failure to comply with this requirement could result in a breach of the franchise agreement.
