What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to 360 Painting's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee's home office (or other approved office space) and all vehicles must be located within the Protected Territory at all times. The Protected Territory is the residential geographic area where the franchisee has the right to use the 360 Painting marks and system to operate their business. This territory is defined in the Franchise Agreement.

This requirement ensures that the franchisee's base of operations is within the area they are authorized to serve. The Protected Territory will be delineated by zip codes and will consist of a geographic area containing not less than 50,000 to 80,000 single family dwellings.

This location restriction is a standard practice in franchising to maintain territorial integrity and prevent overlap or conflicts between franchisees. It is important for prospective franchisees to carefully evaluate the assigned territory to ensure it meets their business goals and offers sufficient market potential. Franchisees need to make sure that their home office or approved office space and all vehicles are always located within the designated Protected Territory to comply with the Franchise Agreement.
