What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 360 Painting Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to implement a training program approved by 360 Painting for their employees. Franchisees are responsible for ensuring their employees are properly trained and are prohibited from employing individuals who have not completed the training program or are unqualified to perform their duties according to 360 Painting's standards.

The annual convention fee is currently $1,000 per attendee, but if a franchisee does not attend the convention, they will be charged $2,000 (or the then-current amount set forth in the Brand Standards Manual).
