What This Means (2025 FDD)

The 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document does not explicitly state whether a 360 Painting franchisee is required to follow specific guidelines for personnel practices. However, the FDD does state that franchisees and their employees must comply with all requirements of the 360 Painting system and the Brand Standards Manual. This suggests that certain personnel-related standards might be included in the Brand Standards Manual.

While the FDD doesn't detail specific personnel practice requirements, it emphasizes the importance of consistency in the system's appearance, services, products, and advertising. This consistency is deemed necessary for the protection and successful operation of 360 Painting businesses. Therefore, it is plausible that the Brand Standards Manual contains guidelines related to personnel, such as training, customer interaction, or dress code, to maintain a consistent brand image.

A prospective franchisee should review the Brand Standards Manual carefully and ask 360 Painting about any mandatory guidelines or recommended practices related to personnel management. Understanding the extent to which the franchisor dictates or influences personnel practices is crucial for assessing the level of autonomy a franchisee will have in managing their employees.
