What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 360 Painting Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to obtain and maintain a high-speed internet connection. Specifically, the FDD states that franchisees must obtain and install a high-speed internet connection, such as through DSL or a cable modem, for their computer system. This connection must be maintained, and the franchisee must use the email address provided by 360 Painting for communication.

This requirement ensures that 360 Painting franchisees can effectively use the business management software and other online systems necessary for managing their business. It also allows 360 Painting to communicate with franchisees and access their data. The FDD specifies that 360 Painting owns the franchisee's email account and can access it at any time without prior notification. Franchisees must cooperate with 360 Painting to enable access to their computer systems, including providing passwords.

For prospective franchisees, this means factoring in the cost of a reliable high-speed internet connection when budgeting for the business. It also highlights the importance of maintaining open communication with 360 Painting and ensuring that the required technology is in place and functioning correctly. The franchisor's access to the franchisee's email and computer systems underscores the need for franchisees to be diligent in their business practices and data management.
