What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to 360 Painting's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to establish their own Quickbooks Online account. This is a prerequisite for accessing accounting and business advisory services offered by 360 Painting. These services include prelaunch accounting setup, creation of a chart of accounts, and recording prelaunch expenses.

The franchisee must provide unlimited access to their Quickbooks Online account to 360 Painting. Ongoing monthly accounting and business advisory services, including recording revenue and expense transactions, monthly bank account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and participation in periodic coaching sessions, are also part of the required services.

After operating for 12 months, a 360 Painting franchisee has the option to opt out of 360 Painting's accounting and business advisory services. However, they must continue to use 360 Painting or an approved third-party vendor for these services for the duration of the Franchise Agreement. This ensures that all franchisees maintain a consistent accounting system, at least initially, and have access to ongoing business advice, although they can choose an alternative provider after the first year.
