What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to 360 Painting's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee cannot employ someone who has failed to complete the franchisee's training program. The franchisee must implement a training program approved by 360 Painting for its employees and is responsible for ensuring employees are properly trained.
Specifically, the franchisee agrees not to employ anyone who either fails to complete the training program or is deemed unqualified to perform their duties according to the standards established for operating a 360 Painting business. This requirement ensures that all employees meet a minimum level of competence and adhere to 360 Painting's operational standards.
This stipulation is in place to maintain consistency and quality across all 360 Painting franchise locations. By ensuring that all employees are adequately trained, 360 Painting aims to uphold its brand reputation and customer service standards. Franchisees must, therefore, carefully monitor and manage their employees' training to comply with these requirements.
