What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to 360 Painting's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Item 6 outlines various fees payable to the franchisor. Specifically, it states that unless otherwise noted, all fees are payable to, and imposed and collected by 360 Painting. This includes fees such as the royalty fee, which is 6% of gross sales or a minimum of $150 per week, and the marketing fund contribution, which is the greater of 2% of gross sales per week or $50 per week.
Other fees payable to 360 Painting include the annual convention fee, which is currently $1,000 for attendance, but $2,000 if you do not attend. Franchisees may also be required to cover costs of enforcement, indemnification, warranty service after transfer (our cost plus 15%), warranty assurance ($10,000), taxes, and lost profits under certain conditions. These fees are due upon demand, after transfer, or on termination or expiration, as applicable.
Prospective franchisees should note that 360 Painting reserves the right to modify the amount, manner of payment, and/or timing for payment for all fees payable to them or their affiliates, except for the Royalty Fee and the Market Fund contribution during the initial term of the Franchise Agreement. The specific amounts, payment methods, and timing for all fees and costs are detailed in 360 Painting's Brand Standards Manual. Franchisees should carefully review this manual to fully understand their financial obligations.
