What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to 360 Painting's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company will not modify the amount of the Royalty Fee or the Market Fund contribution during the initial term of the Franchise Agreement. This provides a degree of financial predictability for franchisees, as these are ongoing fees critical to the operation of the franchise.
The Royalty Fee is 6% of Gross Sales or a minimum of $150 per week, while the Marketing Fund contribution is the greater of 2% of Gross Sales per week or $50 per week. These fees are based on the previous week’s Gross Sales and are due every Tuesday.
Knowing that these two fees are fixed can help a prospective 360 Painting franchisee create a more reliable financial forecast for their business during the initial term. However, it's important to note that while the amount of these fees is fixed, the actual dollar amount paid will fluctuate with gross sales. Also, 360 Painting reserves the right to modify the amount, manner of payment and/or timing for payment for all other fees payable to them or their affiliates.
