What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to 360 Painting's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at the annual convention is mandatory for franchisees and/or their operating managers. The annual convention fee is currently $1,000 per attendee.

Even if a franchisee does not attend the convention, they are still responsible for paying the annual convention fee. However, the fee for non-attendance is higher, set at $2,000, unless the Brand Standards Manual specifies a different amount.

In addition to the convention fee, franchisees are also responsible for covering the travel and living expenses for themselves or their operating managers who attend the annual convention. This means that the total cost of attending the convention can be significantly higher than just the stated convention fee.
