What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to 360 Painting's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, after the first year of operation, a franchisee must pay a Contact Center Fee. This fee is the greater of 2% of gross sales per week or a weekly minimum of $220.

The Contact Center Fee is subject to a weekly maximum of $770 during the initial term of the franchise agreement. This fee compensates 360 Painting for providing centralized customer service and scheduling through its contact center.

It's important to note that 360 Painting retains the right to modify or increase the amount, calculation, or timing of the Contact Center Fee periodically during the term of the agreement. However, the weekly maximum of $770 remains in effect during the initial term. Franchisees will receive written notice of any such changes.
