Is attendance at refresher training or regional meetings required for a 360 Painting franchise after the initial training?

After you have been trained, we may periodically require that you, your manager(s) and/or employees attend refresher-training or regional meetings to enhance your learning beyond OXP (our Owner's Experience Program). You are responsible for all costs associated with attendance of these trainings.
We may periodically require you to attend other training programs in addition to the initial training to address new developments in the market, advanced lessons, or changes to the System. For example, if we adopt and implement a new software program or platform, we may require you to obtain one or more training sessions relating to it. Many of our additional training courses are available for our franchisees to complete through our online learning management system. Required additional training, if any, may be conducted through this learning management system or live. Live training may be conducted online, at our headquarters in Charlottesville, VA or at your location, as we deem appropriate. Any additional required training must be completed by you and/or your general manager (if the person managing the day-to-day operations of the
Business is not you) to our satisfaction. You must bear any costs you incur (including any travel and living expenses) in connection with any additional training and we may require that you pay us a fee (as described in Item 6). What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 360 Painting Franchise Disclosure Document, after the initial training, 360 Painting may periodically require franchisees, their managers, and/or employees to attend refresher training or regional meetings. These are intended to enhance learning beyond the Owner's Experience Program (OXP). The franchisee is responsible for all costs associated with attending these trainings.
Additional training programs may also be required to address new developments, advanced lessons, or changes to the 360 Painting system, such as the adoption of new software. These additional required trainings must be completed by the franchisee or their general manager to 360 Painting's satisfaction. These may be conducted through an online learning management system or live, either online, at the headquarters in Charlottesville, VA, or at the franchisee's location.
The franchisee bears all costs, including travel and living expenses, for any additional training. 360 Painting may also require the franchisee to pay a fee for these additional training programs, as detailed in Item 6 of the FDD. Instructional materials for these programs may include the Brand Standards Manual or third-party technical manuals.
