What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to 360 Painting's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at the annual convention is mandatory. The annual convention fee is currently $1,000 per attendee. However, if a franchisee does not attend the conference, a fee of $2,000 applies, or such then current amount set forth in the Brand Standards Manual.
This means that even if a 360 Painting franchisee chooses not to attend the annual convention, they are still obligated to pay a higher fee than if they had attended. This policy incentivizes attendance and ensures that franchisees contribute to the costs of the convention, regardless of their participation. The Brand Standards Manual would contain the most up-to-date information on the annual convention fee.
Prospective franchisees should consider this mandatory fee as part of their ongoing expenses. It is important to factor in the cost of the convention, whether they plan to attend or not, when assessing the financial viability of the franchise. Franchisees should also inquire about any potential changes to the fee structure in the Brand Standards Manual to accurately budget for this expense.
