We may, as outlined in the Operations Manual, require you to use certain designated software for accounting or bookkeeping purposes.

Your use of such software is a condition to your franchise, and in connection with such use, you must furnish to us no less than Viewing access to such software, together with all required reports as set forth herein.

If we designate required accounting software, you must use such software from any designated vendor(s) as set forth in the Operations Manual.

Such software use may include fees paid directly to such vendor(s), on such terms that they set.
