1_800_Packouts Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
You agree to use the Marks as the sole identification of the Franchised Business, provided that you must identify yourself as the independent owner of the Franchised Business in the manner we prescribe. You may not use any Mark as part of any corporate or trade name, or with any prefix, suffix, or other modifying words, terms, designs or symbols, or in any modified form, nor may you use any Mark in connection with the sale of any unauthorized service or in any other manner not expressly authorized in writing by us. You agree to prominently display the Marks on or in connection with the Franchised Business, contracts, stationery, other forms we designate, and in the manner we prescribe, to give such
notices of trade and service mark registrations and copyrights as we specify and to obtain such fictitious or assumed name registrations as may be required under applicable law.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 1 800 Packouts Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to prominently display the Marks on contracts. The Marks are the trademarks, service marks, trade names, signs, associated designs, artwork, and logos that 1 800 Packouts specifies for use in identifying businesses operating under its system.
This requirement ensures consistent branding and reinforces the recognition of the 1 800 Packouts brand among customers. In addition to contracts, franchisees must also prominently display the Marks on or in connection with the Franchised Business, stationery, and other forms that 1 800 Packouts designates. Franchisees must also provide notices of trade and service mark registrations and copyrights as specified by 1 800 Packouts and obtain any necessary fictitious or assumed name registrations as required by law.
These stipulations are typical in franchising, as they protect the franchisor's brand identity and goodwill. By mandating the display of the Marks, 1 800 Packouts maintains uniformity across all franchise locations and reinforces brand recognition. Franchisees must adhere to these requirements to maintain their license and avoid any infringement on 1 800 Packouts's rights to the Marks.
