How can I request the annual statement of the 1 800 Packouts Brand Fund?

According to 1 800 Packouts's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor will prepare an annual, unaudited statement of monies collected and costs incurred by the Brand Fund. To obtain this statement, a franchisee must make a written request to 1 800 Packouts.

The Brand Fund is used to enhance recognition of the 1 800 Packouts brand and to promote the image and goodwill of the entire brand through marketing campaigns. The franchisor is not obligated to ensure that expenditures from the Brand Fund in any geographic area are proportionate or equivalent to the contributions made by franchisees operating in that area. This means that a franchisee's contribution to the Brand Fund does not guarantee direct or proportionate benefits in their specific location.

1 800 Packouts retains the right to terminate the Brand Fund with 30 days' written notice to franchisees. In the event of termination, any unspent monies will be distributed to the franchisor and franchisees in proportion to their respective contributions to the Brand Fund during the preceding 12-month period. This provides some assurance that franchisees will receive a portion of the remaining funds if the Brand Fund is terminated.
