The Manuals currently contain approximately 197 pages.

The Manuals may be modified to reflect changes in the specifications, standards, operating procedures and other obligations in operating Franchised Businesses in our sole discretion. You will be required to adopt any modifications into your Franchised Business, including any adjustments to the minimum and/or maximum prices at which you will sell products or services. What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 FDD, 1 800 Packouts will provide franchisees with access to their Manuals. The table of contents of the Manuals is attached to the disclosure document as Exhibit D. The Manuals contain approximately 197 pages.

The 1 800 Packouts Manuals may be modified to reflect changes in specifications, standards, operating procedures, and other obligations for operating the Franchised Business. These modifications are at 1 800 Packouts' sole discretion. Franchisees are required to adopt any modifications into their Franchised Business, including any adjustments to the minimum and/or maximum prices at which they will sell products or services.

These manuals, videos, and other handouts comprise the instructional materials for the 1 800 Packouts training program. At any time before the Franchised Business opens, the franchisee (or their Operating Principal) and their Manager (if one is appointed) must complete System/Procedure Training to 1 800 Packouts' satisfaction. If 1 800 Packouts determines that the franchisee or their manager cannot satisfactorily complete the System/Procedure Training, 1 800 Packouts may require them to retake the training or terminate the Franchise Agreement, without refunding any fees.
