The franchisor is 1-800-Packouts Holdco, LLC. For ease of reference in this disclosure document, 1-800-Packouts Holdco, LLC is referred to as "we," "us" or "our." "You" or "Franchisee" means the person or entity who buys the franchise, including all equity owners of a corporation, general partnership, limited partnership, limited liability, or any other type of entity (an "Entity"). If you are an Entity, each individual with direct or indirect ownership interest shall be referred to as an "Owner."
We are a Georgia limited liability company that was organized on December 23, 2021. Our principal business address is 761 W. 1200 N., Ste 300 Springville, Utah 84663. To the extent that we have designated agents for service of process in other states, they are listed in Exhibit E. We conduct business under the name 1-800-PACKOUTS only. Our Predecessor began offering 1-800-PACKOUTS franchises in July 2015; we began offering 1-800-PACKOUTS franchises since our inception; and neither we nor our predecessor have never offered any other franchises in any other line of business. Our parent is FS PEP Holdco, LLC, an affiliate of Princeton Equity Group, LLC, a private equity firm based in Princeton, New Jersey and in Dallas, Texas.
