Who leads the 1 800 Packouts training program?

Our Manuals, videos, and other handouts comprise the instructional materials for our training program. Our training program will be led by Stefan Figley who will be the only instructors. Mr. Figley has been our President and CEO since 2023. Other instructors will be members of our corporate team and company-controlled location who have significant experience (at least five years) in their topic(s) of instruction.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 1 800 Packouts Franchise Disclosure Document, the training program will be led by Stefan Figley, who serves as the President and CEO since 2023. Mr. Figley will be the primary instructor. Other instructors will include members of the corporate team and individuals from company-controlled locations, all of whom possess at least five years of experience in their respective areas of instruction.
System/Procedure Training is mandatory for the franchisee (or the Operating Principal) and the Manager before the Franchised Business opens. If 1 800 Packouts determines that the franchisee or manager does not satisfactorily complete the training, they may be required to retake it, or the Franchise Agreement may be terminated, without any refund of fees.
1 800 Packouts may also require franchisees, their managers, or other key personnel to attend refresher or ongoing educational training, seminars, conferences, webinars, and meetings. The franchisee is responsible for the costs associated with these programs, including wages, travel, and living expenses. If training is conducted at the franchisee's location, the franchisee must reimburse 1 800 Packouts for the living and travel expenses of their representatives.
