Our System/Procedure Training currently consists of the following:

Our training program will be led by Stefan Figley who will be the only instructors. Mr. Figley has been our President and CEO since 2023. Other instructors will be members of our corporate team and company-controlled location who have significant experience (at least five years) in their topic(s) of instruction.
At any time before the Franchised Business opens for business, you (or your Operating Principal) and your Manager (if you appoint one) must complete System/Procedure Training to our satisfaction.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to 1 800 Packouts's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the System/Procedure Training program is approximately four days long and is provided to the franchisee (or their Operating Principal if the franchisee is an entity), their Manager, and up to two additional trainees. One owner of the franchised business must attend the entire training duration with the trainees. The training includes classroom instruction and hands-on franchised business operation training in the use of the 1 800 Packouts system. The training takes place at 1 800 Packouts's National Training Center in Ball Ground, Georgia, or at an operating business designated by them.
The 1 800 Packouts FDD outlines specific subjects covered in the System/Procedure Training, including orientation to the company, company objectives, new office development, and services overview. Orientation to the company includes 1/2 hour of classroom training and 1/2 hour of hands-on job training. Company objectives include 1/2 hour of classroom training and 1/2 hour of hands-on job training. New office development includes 1 hour of classroom training. Services overview includes 1 hour of classroom training and 2 hours of hands-on job training. All of these trainings take place at 1 800 Packouts's headquarters, or other designated location.
1 800 Packouts provides the System/Procedure Training, including all related training materials, to the initial four trainees at no charge. However, the franchisee is responsible for all wages, travel, and living expenses incurred by the franchisee and their trainees in connection with the training. If any trainees repeat the System/Procedure Training, if more than four trainees attend, or if subsequent trainees attend, the franchisee must pay 1 800 Packouts a fee of $2,500 for each such trainee attending the System/Procedure Training. The instructional materials for the training program include 1 800 Packouts's manuals, videos, and other handouts. The training program will be led by Stefan Figley, the President and CEO since 2023, and other instructors who are members of the corporate team and company-controlled locations with at least five years of experience in their topic(s) of instruction.
