(1) You must secure and maintain in force all required licenses, permits and certificates relating to the operation of the Franchised Business and must operate the Franchised Business in full compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations, including, without limitation, government regulations relating to occupational hazards, health, workers' compensation and unemployment insurance and withholding and payment of federal and state income taxes, social security taxes and sales and service taxes. We make no representation to you regarding any legal requirements that you, your Manager or the Franchised Business must satisfy or comply with in connection with the Franchised Business or your business under this Agreement. You shall be solely responsible for investigating and complying with all applicable legal requirements.
