Can 1 800 Packouts change or modify any data on the Management Systems?

We will have independent access to data on the Management Systems, including gross sales figures. There are no contractual limitations on our right to access this information and data. We also will not be able to change or modify any data on the Management Systems.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to 1 800 Packouts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, 1 800 Packouts will have independent access to data on the Management Systems, including gross sales figures. However, 1 800 Packouts "will not be able to change or modify any data on the Management Systems."
This means that while 1 800 Packouts can view your sales and other data within the Management Systems, they are contractually restricted from altering any of the information. This protects the franchisee from potential data manipulation by the franchisor.
