Fee will be fully earned by us and nonrefundable when paid except as otherwise provided in this Agreement. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 1 800 Packouts Franchise Disclosure Document, a $1,000 Annual Conference Registration Deposit is required. This deposit is due within seven days of the execution of the Franchise Agreement.
The deposit will be applied towards the attendance fee for the franchisee's first annual conference after completing their initial training. This means the franchisee must budget for this expense shortly after signing the agreement, regardless of when the conference occurs.
If the full $1,000 is not needed to cover the annual conference attendance or registration fee, 1 800 Packouts will credit the remaining amount to the franchisee's invoice following the conference. This ensures that franchisees are not overcharged and any excess funds are properly accounted for.
