The initial training program is designed to cover all aspects of the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? business operating system through both in-class and in-field training. The franchisor conducts this training as often as needed, without adhering to a fixed schedule. The training schedule includes various subjects such as 'Welcome to the Junktion', 'Intro to Franchise Support', 'Exceptional Marketing', 'Recruitment', 'Daily Operations', 'People and Culture', 'NASA', 'Fleet', 'Axonify', and 'Sales Engagement Training'.
Prospective franchisees should note that the initial training is mandatory for the Principal Operator and any other director, officer, or shareholder that 1-800-GOT-JUNK? requires to attend.
