What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program does include a 'Truck Day - On Site' component. This training takes place in Vancouver, BC, or another location to be determined.
The training program also includes other on-site training, such as 'Daily Operations - On Site'. The initial training program covers all aspects of the business operating system, consisting of both in-class and in-field training.
In addition to the initial training program, in-field training shadowing an existing franchise is required before the commencement of the Franchised Business’s operations. It is expected time is spent shadowing all roles within the franchise: Truck Team Member, Field Operations Manager, and Franchise Partner, and will generally take 5 business days.
