What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Franchise Disclosure Document, the General Security Agreement includes a section for "Debtor Information" to specify details regarding the Debtor. If the Debtor is an individual, the agreement requires their full name, any DBA names, trade names, or aliases, date and place of birth, and principal residence.
