Can 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Franchisor offer discounts off regular retail pricing to National Accounts?

According to the 2025 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor, Commercial Services, or an affiliate may enter into National Account agreements with various terms. These terms can include offering discounts off regular retail pricing to National Accounts, regardless of volume.

This means that as a 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchisee, you may be required to service National Accounts under agreements that include discounted pricing. These discounts are determined by the franchisor, Commercial Services, or their affiliates based on what they consider commercially viable for the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? system.

In addition to discounts, the National Account agreements may also include paying commissions to the National Account or any party referring the National Account, establishing fixed pricing or pricing models unique to the National Account, providing specific service levels or standards, offering centralized billing through the franchisor or its affiliate, requiring specific insurance levels, and mandating compliance with additional terms of service.

1-800-GOT-JUNK? also reserves the right to solicit customers, even those located within a franchisee's territory, to develop them as National Accounts. Furthermore, 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, Commercial Services, or their affiliates can enter into National Account agreements for services both inside and outside a franchisee's designated territory. As a franchisee, you are obligated to provide services to such National Accounts according to the terms of the National Account agreement and in compliance with client expectations set by 1-800-GOT-JUNK? from time to time.
