Use of Media.
Franchisee agrees that for purposes of advertising and public relations related to the System, Franchisor may make, reproduce and publish in good taste photographs, videos and other media utilizing the Franchised Location, the Vehicles and the employees and customers of Franchisee on an individual or collective basis.
Franchisee shall cooperate with Franchisor in this regard.
