Is 1-800-GOT-JUNK? currently an approved supplier of any items for use in the Franchised Business?

According to 1-800-GOT-JUNK?'s 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, 1-800-GOT-JUNK? is generally not an approved supplier of items for use in the franchised business. However, franchisees are occasionally required to purchase certain items directly from 1-800-GOT-JUNK?. When this occurs, 1-800-GOT-JUNK? charges franchisees their cost, sometimes with a markup. As of the FDD date, 1-800-GOT-JUNK? is not currently an approved supplier for any items needed to operate the franchise, with the exception of the Sales Center and CRM System, of which 1-800-GOT-JUNK? is the only approved supplier.

Franchisees must purchase or lease certain items from 1-800-GOT-JUNK?'s approved suppliers or according to their specifications. These items include trucks, truck dump bodies, signage, uniforms, marketing materials, tools, equipment, credit and debit card processing services, communications equipment, computers, and software. 1-800-GOT-JUNK? retains the right to become an approved supplier for any of these items in the future or to change or designate approved suppliers.
