What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to 1-800-GOT-JUNK?'s 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee receives a request to provide services to a new or returning customer while already providing services to another customer (defined as an "Unsolicited Order"), the franchisee must enter specific details into the CRM system.
