(c) operate, establish, or grant to someone else a license or franchise to operate or establish, one or more businesses which offer for sale or sell any services which are the same as or similar to the Services using some or all of the Marks or using any trade names or trademarks other than the Marks at or from any location whatsoever outside of your Territory;

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to 1-800-GOT-JUNK?'s 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, 1-800-GOT-JUNK? retains specific rights regarding operations outside of a franchisee's territory. 1-800-GOT-JUNK? reserves the right to operate, establish, or grant to someone else a license or franchise to operate a business that offers services similar to 1-800-GOT-JUNK?'s services using the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? marks outside of a franchisee's territory.
This means that while 1-800-GOT-JUNK? grants a protected territory, this protection does not extend beyond the defined boundaries.
